Smile Just purchased used IS 350, New member to Forum.. Pics inside!

Hello all,

Just purchased a used 2008 Lexus IS 350 with 24 thousand miles on it, I am very excited about my new car.. upgraded from a 1992 Toyota Camry that just hit 308k mile (Been driving it since i was 18, been 7 years)

Anyways to my question can someone please identify the names of these rims that came with my car? It states that the rims are 17 inch wheels but they seem alot bigger like 18 inch wheels.. I looked at alot of IS 250/350 and this is the first time Ive seen the wheels this color..

Its like a graphite darker color wheel nothing near the regular silver.. The color reminds me of the new IS F darker charcoal looking wheels.. here are the pics..

Any idea what these are called?

Here are the pics..

You could find your wheel size by look at tire size statement
EX: 255/40/18 rear 225/40/18 front
The wheel you have is stock one and i don't know what name was it, I called it stock is wheel

It's the stock 18" in a graphite finish. They came on '08s I believe. '06-'07 18" wheels were the silver finish. Chrome was also another option for the 18" design finish.

Congrats! I believe the unofficial Lexus term would be "split-spoke" rim. As mentioned, the 2006-2007's were a brighter silver and the 2008's were a darker graphite. Visually, this is one of the easiest and only ways to tell if an IS is a 2008.
Enjoy.

Hey, you brought that IS350 from lexus serramonte? Back in late March the salesman that help me said a 08 IS350 lease is about to be over and the owner will not purchase it after the lease is over and he told me to wait a month. I told him i can't wait that long so i went somewhere else and purchased the same model as yours but a 07 in Tungsten Pearl. Drive safe, IS350 is fast and the brakes are freakin powerful. The rims you have is only for 08 only. I have the same rims on my IS350 even though its a 07. When I was making a deal with salesman I saw another 08 IS250 with that graphite rims and I asked him if you swap those 08 IS250 rims to the 07 IS350 the car i sold.

From one Mike to another congrats. Looks like matte graphite, we offer a dark finish on our CV3 wheel for example.
