NYC meet today @ Hooters!
Hey guys,
I know that this section is NOT the right section. BUT, I was wondering if anyone is interested? 8 pm at Hooters in Fresh Meadows, exit 25 on the LIE. I posted a thread a few days ago and no one responded so maybe I can grasp a bigger audience on the IS thread.

i leased mine in nyc.
all of my family and a majority of my friends are in nyc, or within 50 miles. out of everyone i know with one car - it is leased. out of everyone i know with multiple cars, at least one is leased.
look through the local print ads, commercials, or speak to local dealers, everything is quoted on monthly lease pmts. ppl dont even know how to go about "buying" a car. you gotta find a truly brand loyal new yorker that is willing to buy - and its usually if the car is heavily discounted, under 30k, and is japanese.

i go to st john's university which is like 5 min from there, ive always wondered how things are like at a meet but i just feel like im not gonna belong being 19 and not that knowledgable about cars LOL
