I just received a survey in the mail from Maritz Research. It says that it would like for me to provide info about my Lexus IS350 purchase. For my time they say there is a sweepstakes that I will be entered in. Is this a scam?

If you bought a new car from Lexus, Lexus probably provided your information to third party research companies. Just be smart, you don't have to fill out everything they ask. If they wanted like Social Security Number or sensitive info, then toss it in the trash.

I filled out a survey when I bought my Lexus last year. Then a follow up survey came in, and ignored it. The survey took way too long and I don't get jack for filling it out. Before I used to get 10 bucks after filling out survey when I bought my previous cars.
