I found a hellava deal on the Smart Card but I know some smart cards won't work on the 2IS.
Those of you that have it working please advise what your FCC number is and your IC number
The one I found shows this on the back of the card FCC ID: HYQ14ABB and IC: 1551A-14ABB

I don't need to know where you got it from. Just if this ID and IC number will work on an 2006 IS250 and/or what year your IS is and what the back of your card shows.

More info from the seller. It came off a 2007 LX570. the smart card came with the vehicle from his dealer. Will that work on my IS?

I have the same FCC IC number on mine. I have a 2008 IS250 and this card came from a 2007 LS460. Part number is 89904-50641 new updated number is 89904-50642. We just sold 50642 to a 2008 ISF owner and it worked just fine.

Definitely a good deal, but keep in mind you didn't quite save $200...

it's gonna cost at least twice as much to get a used key programmed as it would a new one unless your dealer is REALLY REALLY nice.

(a new key takes about 5 minutes... a used one at least an hour since you have to basically reset the whole system and re-add all the keys)
