I saw this on an MRM F-sport Blox carshow looks really bad like it's gon get worse in time the more you have your headlights on due to the heat. Pretty sure it'll be a recall

My lights are not bubbling, but they are spotting on the top of the projector (the black chrome looking finish). I haven't taken it in yet.

I would suspect it's more of a sun heat related thing than heat from the headlights. Just checked mine, still perfect, but stays in the garage when not driven. Might need "sun shades" for headlights.

Ive had a few GSX-R's and bought a few puig double bubble windscreens, and there was a disclaimer that came with the screen, about it reflecting light into the plastic that surrounded the speedo. I seen a few melt/warp. So its either heat from the lights or light reflecting off the chrome bezel that surrounds the projector.

i doubt the sun would be the culprit for bubbling inside the headlights - especially right in front of the headlight beam itself which could get quite hot.

Mine are fine as of now. only 600 miles, stays in garage most of the time, only used the headlights 3 or 4 times.
