Tire size for Wheels?

Tire size for Wheels?
Hey guys, want to check on fitment questions for the IS350.
I have a set of Megan EZ coils, and will go with a decent 1.5"-2" drop.
I would like to know what size tires I would want to put on the following wheels so that I won't have to deal with pulling/rolling/shaving the fenders. I don't want major rubbing.
19x8.5 F +38
19x9.5 R +40
For tires I was thinking
245/35/19 F
275/30/19 R
Just thought I'd check in to get thoughts/input.
