nope, it totally different size, but like you already cut the wire from the d4s ballasts, so now you can tap that wire to the different ballasts like what you did on the aftermarket ballasts

ahh I c.. sorry I was a lil confused there.. so basically same method just different ballast..
anyone have a part # for the factory ballast. just got a remote starter done and it uses the HIDs as confirmation rather than parking lights. left HID has getting less bright and kinda yellow/dim for a wile than it shut off tonight. but when i turned the headlights off for a few it came back on bright. didnt have time to do more testing or switch bulbs yet. hoping removing bulb/headlight is fairly easy.
