My last two cars:
Civic - 225k -sold it for $500 less than I paid and still see it driving around (has to be over 250k by now)

Prelude - 220k - traded it in when I got my IS and dealer gave me $1000 more on trade than I paid...

after those two it was hard not to go with Honda again

I just can't stand how rough Hondas are in idle. My family has about 5 Honda/Acura and to be honest they all drive the same. Unless its a V6, then it runs slightly smoother but thats my only complaint for Honda.

At first I had a lead foot but since breaking 150k I formed into a granny. I do get the sudden urge to gun it from time to time but only on rare occasions.

The seat held up well. Did you regularly clean and condition the leather? I'm nearing 75K right now, and I'm trying to clean and condition my leather regularly to maintain it, but my center console is starting to wear where I put my elbow when I rest my hand on the shifter (I'm in a MT). Car looks like it's still in pretty good condition. From the sound of it, if you fix your overheating issue, it should take you to 300k!

I conditioned the leather religiously for the first 3 years. No oil based products whatsoever. I did replace the center console once at 140k because it has a long scratch.

That thing looks amazing for 240k. Great job! 6k miles on my 2011 IS350 and something in the rear suspension is squeaking. lol!
