Default IS350 f sport or bmw 335i

I used to own 2008 lexus IS250. Help me decide between IS350 f-sport or the bmw 335i m package. This lexus is350 is 2011 with the f sport exhaust, f sport lowering springs, sway bars, and f sport intake. The bmw 335i is contain m package and fully loaded.

if you are talking the 335i sedan, I would go for the 2011 IS350 F-sport, they look better nicer and new LEDS

for what its worth, both are nice cars and both have their ups and downs. The two that your looking at in particular have good power and handling dynamics with the latter going to the BMW. Of course that's not to say the 350 can't hang. With the upgraded suspension she'll handle great. Steering feedback may lack a bit in the Lexus. When it comes to interior, I find the BMW rather bland for what you pay for. The iDrive is much improved over past generations, but the IS interior is much better executed IMO and the controls are very intuitive vs the BMW. Both are going to be quick, but you may run into fuel pump issues with the BMW over time. This is why I prefer the NA V6 in the 350. You also mention that the one your looking at has the exhaust and intake combination which is music to my ears. Overall price, look to pay a few more thousand for the BMW. The best solution for you, is to go and test drive both and see which you like more.

Car for car BMW is better if it has a full warranty. Otherwise get the 350 most reliable nice car you can get, 335i is a nightmare out of warranty seriously.

I forgot to mention you can get a 6 speed manual with the BMW (not sure if transmission play are part in your predicament)

Overall I just like the 350 better (there's my bias). I like the BMW don't get me wrong, but with its spotty reliability, maintenance costs, and bland interior (that's where I spend most of the time in the car right?!) I think the 350 comes out ahead... intuitive, reliable, safe, NA power, comfy, ventilated seats..

IS350 is rated at 4.9sec 0-60. Usually mid to low 13's in the 1/4 mile stock.
