So the navigation trim panel? The gauge needles to green? Gauge cluster back lighting to green? Radio lighting? Every individual switch in the center console?
Gotta be specific if you want a specific price. If you want a general price range I would say $99 - $499.
Gauge clusters start at around $99, climate units / navigation / stereo panels anywhere from $50-$150 depending on the complexity. Individual components or switches we usually knock out for between $5-$15.
Size, amount of lighting, and complexity is what determines pricing.

I found a thread for what I was looking for last night, this thread shows you how to disassemble the mirror in good detail, I added the link below:

I did the swap to blue lights for almost everything. I ended up using the smaller 0603 for all of the nav, radio, ac so i could guarentee matching brightness. Something weird is happening though, when i first start, everything lights up and works but after less than a minute all of the lights in the nav and ac go off, they stay off and even after restarting the car they dont work. When i leave the car off for a while and start up, they work again for a minute and then turn off. Any ideas?

Just finished this mod, took a bout 12 hrs of patient soldering.
instrument panel - use plcc2 leds for direct replacment
radio- 0603 leds
climate 1206
skipped the nav panel and clock.

Anyway mine are going strong never went back to fix my NAV and Climate buttons when had wrong color and I rigged two 4100k whites and a blue PLCC2 to try and match the 6000k radio LEDs. Must have been my temp fix at the time. I lost two of the seek and track down LED over the years. I think I had poor solder points at the time and messed up a trace on those. They were tiny and a PIA to remove cleanly.
I also had to replace the shift gate LED wedge bulbs. Those available in 2009 were garbage. The ones today are much better. I think I ordered a 10 pack for a few backs a few months back.

9 years later on my upgrade. I was reading the thread by 2slow and all my work. I don’t even remember doing any of that back then or how long it took. Must have been all the partying and working back then.
