Default Lexus iPhone users, I need your help!

Forgive me if this is the wrong forum. I have an is250, second gen, and wasn't sure if this was the right place to post.

Anyways, I have an iPhone and I'm looking for a device to both play music and charge it, without having to plug it in on both ends of my iPhone. That is, I want a device with an aux/charger on ONE end, and the iPhone plug-in on the OTHER. Major points if it's short.

Can anyone recommend a product? Thanks in advance.

May be hard to find now, but I use something called LiquidAux when I'm not using my Lexus ipod connection kit (doesn't let me use pandora)

Umm.. I don't think that does either of the features that I want, in addition to being bulky.... I want:

Charger + AUX on one end, iPhone connector on other end.

Great, this is perfect. Thank you. Is there a name for this product? I'm going to try and look for a shorter one before purchasing this one.

I use the blackberry Bluetooth music gateway to wireless stream the music from my iPhone. The music gateway is plugged into a dual USB car charger and the aux port. I then use a standard USB to iPhone cable in the other USB port on the charger if I need to charge the phone. Mostly though, I just use it wirelessly. It even allows pandora to stream to my stereo.

You could also spring for an OEM iPod connect. It charges your phone and also plays music through the bottom plug, but you'll lose the the satellite radio option (this button turns into the "iPod" feature). Its expensive, but its a nifty OEM feature and you can access songs and podcasts through the radio interface.

I have a Vaistech (one of the sponsors of this board) and interfaces directly to the NAV system on iPhones/iPod Touchs with control of the iDevice via the touch screen. If you don't have the NAV, they also have devices that would work. Very happy with mine!

I also use the blackberry ad2p adapter works awesome, connects about 99.5% of the time when I enter my car. Sound quality is CD quality (higher then using the monster aux cable I was using previusoly). Biggest downfall is all the wires & you have to use a noise filter if you dont have the one lexus installs (can be installed if you ask if youre under the orginal 4yr/50k). Total with cables, noise filter & Ad2p Blackberry adapter was about $90 from amazon & eBay worth every single penny !

I started a thread on this here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-out-cord.html

This is the product: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0031U1AU0

It plugs into the line-out on the bottom port of your iPhone and then splits into an aux-in cord as well as a USB cord, which can be used to either plug directly into the USB charging port on newer 2IS' or can be used to plug into the cigarette lighter adapter on the older 2IS (which is included with the above cord).

This cord also has the added benefits of being relatively inexpensive and uses the line-out on your iPhone as opposed to the headphone jack, which provides better sound quality because with the line-out connection, you bypass the crappy iPhone amplifier and use only your car's which provides better sound.
