Anyone ever have problems with LexTuners?

Anyone ever have problems with LexTuners?
This may be the wrong forum but I don't know where else to turn.
To keep the long story short I ordered a steering wheel from Lex at the end of March. After weeks of waiting with no updates after telling me the same excuses (it must be clearing customs bla bla) i decide to cancel the order. It's not that I got impatient its been over a month with nothing - no emails, phones calls, status updates, etc. So i call and cancel the order. They tell me it's processed but i've been checking my balance since and nothing has changed. Not even an email saying the order was cancelled and/or refunded.
Any help appreciated
