Does anyone know where I can get the XM harness kit for the 08 IS350?
Ive been looking all over for this discontinued part. 86100-0W220. It seems like nobody has it. How else can I hook a integrated XM radio into my Mark Levinson equipped 2008 IS350?

Incase you can't find it, you can use this alternative from Vais Technology. It can be intergrated just like OEM.

Also may need this to use the shark fin antenna adapter.

OEM just plugs right into the trunk, plug and play, you don't have to touch the dash at all.

Well, not just like OEM... the VAIS you have to take apart the dash and install somewhere up front, plus run a very long wire to the trunk and buy an additional adapter if you want to use the shark fin, or tape up an aftermarket antenna if you don't.

The VAIS has the module which goes to the back of the unit, which I would believe be the same as OEM if it did not come with module in the first place if you press SAT and few times and does nothing irrc.

I think the VAIS is "like OEM" in that the steering wheel buttons work, and possibly you can change to it with the SAT button, but all the VAIS units I've seen go to the back of the head unit- meaning taking the dash apart and finding a place to hide/mount the tuner module up there, plus running a wire back to the sharkfin if you want to use it.
The OEM unit installs totally in the trunk, all plug and play, and you don't need to touch the dash.
I'm sure the VAIS is a quality piece, it's just not nearly as easy or clean an install as the OEM one if you can get it.

Ok, but I also tried to order one from doing a Google search. Sure, they show them in stock but the item is never shipped and was a pain to get a refund. I order from three different sites that showed they had them in stock.

Did you guys have any luck finding the fit kit? Im looking for both the receiver & fit kit for mine.. I've seen it on some sites and i've also ordered it but then to get an email saying they didn't actually have the parts in stock and that it was discontinued as I already know.
If these parts aren't available at all.. Has anyone just purchased the receiver and figure a way to install it without the fit kit? ie. purchasing the wires separately (If avail.) then just purchasing the screws etc to mount?
