EVERYTHING is negotiable.......... Have you looked up the Kelly Blue Book value for that car in your area? I paid $19k for my '06 IS350 last year, but it didn't have nav and had 70k miles. I did get them to over-pay me for my trade by about $2k too though. You have to do your homework bro. See what they are selling for in Fla, then go in with a low offer. See what they come back with, but know how much you want to pay before you walk through that door. Stick to it (as long as it's reasonable). If they won't do it, then walk away. At a glance, the price doesn't seem ridiculous for an '07 with that mileage, but you never pay asking price! If they have it listed for $25,694, I would go in with an offer of $22,000 and say that is what you are willing to pay, as long as that is consistent with what they are going for in your area. Offer should always be lower than your "max", and then you go from there. Some dealers are flexible, and others will be stubborn and say that they have too much in it to sell less that their "bottom dollar". You have to be smarter than them.

I bought my '07 IS350 with no navigation, pretty much a base model with the heated/cooled seats. I purchased it back in October so like 6 months ago. It first was listed at $24,995. Eventually, after it didn't sell in one month, the price went down to $20,995. I went for it and negotiated down to $20,300. It has 49,000 miles on it. So $26k is too much for what they are asking for. Start negotiating low but I wouldn't do $23,000 or more.

I got an '06 350 last year with 30k miles, new tires and brakes, ML, Navi, pretty much loaded (everything but parking sensors) for $27k - they wanted 29. I might have been able to do a little better but I got what I wanted as far as the car goes and the interest was super low so I was happy. They had an '08 awd 250 for the same price with 32k miles.

Definitely negotiate, I just purchased a 2007 with 27,000 miles for 23,500. It is the standard package I think but that was about the cheapest I found anywhere. Most places were asking 25,000 for 250's with less the 50,000 miles.
