Default Factory Wheel curb rash fix?

I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to cover up or hide curb rash.. I have been searching for a new wheel but I have the 08' Graphite color which is tough to even find a re-conditioned wheel. I really dont want to drop $450 on a brand new wheel...

Talk to a local wheel repair facility. Should be able to get that fixed for around $120-180 (I'd think).

I had a similar mishap fixed for $80. Color match was not spot on but very close.

Yeah that sounds about right in most places that have mobile repair guys. The wheel just needs to be sanded down with a grinder/dremmel and then just blend the color around the rim.

Sometimes these mobile guys will charge more for a Lexus wheel than for a Hyundai wheel even though it is the same amount of work and the exact same paint, same amount of labor.

If you can, find a place that has an actual shop they do it in, while it may not be as convenient as a mobile repair guy, they typically match colour better.
