Default Painted brakes on 2is

I just wanted some opinions on color combos I can put on the brakes. I have a Black Onyx 350 and just don't know what color to paint the brakes.

I got the Lexus stickers (in white) to put on the brakes after paint but what color combo would look good with a black car and white decal?
I was thinking gold..

Anyone have pics to share or just some suggestions?

Thanks all

black or blue would work on white stickers

I picked a white sticker because I know it will match with almost any color I choose for the brakes. I more concered about the color of the brakes with the black color of the car.

what do you guys think about gold?

does it matter what we think? do you need approval from us as to what color youre going to paint your calipers? its your car, paint them the color you want. and if its not the way you wanted it turn out, paint them again.

the white lexus decal you have will be kind of hard to see on top of gold.

I'm painting mine the same gold as the brembo's that were on my G35 Coupe. If you're going to do a decal then black would be better on gold.

Thinking more about this.. Can any paint handle the heat of a brake caliper??

Mine are red right now, thinking of redoing them another color.

Gold is a nice color to go with black, also, I like copper if available.

Then use red lexus decal to make it look like OEM brembos.

Avoid loud colors unless you have upgraded to IS350 BBK.

You must be unfamiliar with the IS350. They have different brakes than the 250. And they are far from being tiny.

I'm having the same problem. Not sure which color to go with on my Black Onyx 350..I've been "sitting" on the white decals for over a year now lol I was leaning toward blue, but also thinking black. decisions, decisions!
