Pilkington is a UK glass company owned by Nippon Glass of Japan. Nippon is the OEM glass for Lexus.

Pilkington is often the OEM for a lot of vehicles, and is actually an upgrade to many others. Good quality stuff.

Yeah Pilkington is good. What i hate about aftermarket windshields is their shotty clearence where the windshield meets the roof line. I had a 2006 IS350 that had the windshield replaced with a Pilkington and the windshield was raised about 1/8in higher than the roofline as it was much thicker than the factory windshield. Drove me nuts and looked like hell, even though i was the only one that could tell. Now my 2008 IS350 windshield is factory and if i ever need to replace this one it's only getting OEM Lexus, I won't make the same mistake twice.
