Will the dealership install the mirrors with turn signals on an '06?
Anyone know if a dealer will install the external mirrors with turn signals on an '06? I just destroyed my passenger mirror and will probably have to get it replaced. Thanks in advance.

I just don't have the time to fix the mirror myself.

I was extremely upset with myself for damaging my car and decided to take another look. It's actually not so bad, just that the plastic housing is cracked. All the pieces inside are fine.
Anyone know where I can find a junkyard with ISX50 parts in the Bay Area?

I looked at Nigel's website and it'd be $250 each. And also, I would have to find time to install them. I can buy the housing (no glass) from my dealership for $207, I found. They won't sell me only the cover, sadly, since everything else in the mirror works, but at least I'll have back up pieces?
Wait a minute.. I just looked again. Does Nigel sell it as a set?

Even if the dealership offered this service, I wouldn't have them install it. Aside from their inexperience installing aftermarket parts, the amount they would charge you for the hourly labor would be insane. Use a reputable shop - if you don't know of one ask members local to you for recommendations or post a thread asking for recommendations in your regional forum. Good luck!

Thanks for the input, guys. I decided against it. I never got a PM back from Nigel and I looked at the photos. They aren't really similar to the 2009+ mirrors, so to me it looks distinctly aftermarket. I got a discount for the side mirrors without the glass, so just went with that.
