courtesy car wash
Can I take my CPO car to any lexus service center to get a courtesy car wash? I know that I can take it to Carlsbad Lexus in california and you don't need to get any service done in order to get the courtesy car wash...

I'm not sure about unlimited car washes, but everytime you go to the dealer for any work done, you should be given the option of a car wash, unless you request to not have one after the service is completed. I've seen many cars with swirls and scratches after dealer washes, and it isn't a very thorough job most times anyway.

my sales guy told me anytime i wanted a wash to come by and he would have them do it...however he no longer works there and their car wash sucks its the same as doing it at 7 eleven. These things give your car horrible swirls and the water is recycled. I only do maybe a touch free car was if im in dire need but other than that its hand wash or a detail...I usually forget to tell them not to wash my car!

I get my complimentary washes from Carlsbad Lexus all the time. No service necessary. I just roll up, tell one of the guys I want a wash and its done in 45 minutes tops. Free coffee/espressos/sodas in the lounge. Back in Jersey, Ray Catena Lexus even had complimentary tuna salads and fruit bowls. Although I haven't been to the Ray Catena Lexus in a while so maybe they stopped doing it because of the economy.

I drove by a Nissan service couple days ago and I saw a service guy washing a car.... With one of them brushes, and he was going at it. I think I'll be washing my own car.

At the dealership I go to - Lexus of Bellevue, as part of purchasing a car from there, the owner is automatically enrolled in their VIP program which allows them to have pretty much unlimited car washes.
http://www.lexusofbellevue.com/MiscPage_4 - They recently added the formality stuff on the page it making it sound like it is limited but it pretty much is unlimited as long as you own the car.

My dealer (Lexus of Edison) does have free carwash
last time I was there for a little check up and didnt cost me anything and they also gave me a carwash
At the same time waiting for my car I heard the service rep telling someone that his car is done (only car wash)

Yeah Lexus of Carlsbad has that free car wash service, so does Lexus of Escondido i believe (both owned by the same person). I avoid dealership car washes though, not good for the paint job. But the last time i told Lexus of Carlsbad to NOT wash my car, they washed it anyways -_-
