I called Lexus and said if I wanted Toyota reliable visors I would have bought a yota instead of buying the higher price IS.
I advised the woman that I don't care if they don't work but if I have to listen to my girl tell me one more time that she can see vain self in the mirror I'm going to either
a) catch a charge
b) rip off the visor
c) all of the above
She laughed and said someone will call me tomorrow from corp. We'll see.
To update this... Today I punched the crap out of the sunvisor when I pulled it down and it now works. Strange I know but it's working for some reason now.

LOL. I tried tapping it but no punching. I'll give that a shot later.
Someone take apart your visor and fix the connection inside!
+1 lol
its not a fuse, if you slide the lid all teh way and keep pushing it hard, the light will come on. the connectors inside are either bent out of the way and non making contact.

I did this already and while did work, its only a temporary fix. I'm going to attempt to open them up.
