AWD staggered please chime in....
awd and lowered on road magnet springs. car has been lowered for 1yr with no issues except for the infamous vibration/wobble. I just installed some used
19" linea dynas along with the hub rings and there is a very noticable vibration throughout the car at almost any given speed. Even at stop lights the vibration is more than usual. sometimes more and sometimes less. The aligment and wheel balance were just done over the weeked and still have the same issue.
is this a common problem with the AWD with after marker wheels or is anyone else experiencing the same issue. any solution.
tire specs are
235 35 19 front
265 30 19 rears

awd's tend to have slight vibrations after lowering. some less, some more. may depend on how much the front is lowered compared to the back as well.
if the car is vibrating in general with the new wheels it my be your hub rings. might be loose and the rim might not be on center by a fraction of a mm

what are you widths? you'll get vibrations if your front and rear overall diameters are off by more then an 1 inch? Might even be less i cant remember. you have to take into consideration when you stagger awd your wheel widths and how much your tire might stretch.

many people on this forum runs this setup. please chime in. the over dia is well within the 2%. The hub rings are used but they fit nicely onto the wheels. tires appears to be in good shape. abot 95% life remains.

The probably the vibrations are due to it being lowered because it could affect the drive line. From what I was told, the drive line is designed with a certain tolerence and has a certain amount freeplay - depending on how it was lowered, it can affect it. This is not applicable to RWD.

Are there any solution besides bring the car back to stock height
The vibration got worse after the wheels were install. Hub rings are the right size
