If you need them badly, just go to your local dealer. They won't be that much. If you can wait or need other parts from somewhere like Sewell you might want to order from them.

bought mine from Sewell as well; $15 for the pair if I remember correctly.

Took me 5min; much easier with pliers as you can grip the end and pull.

Pretty easy, just did it for my 2012 RX350. Move the wipers so they are closer to the drivers side for access and lift them 90 degrees up from the windshield. Pop the flat tab on top of the blade assembly up and it releases it from the arm and just lift it out from the arm. part numbers 85214-68020 and 85214-0T040. Do one at a time so you can look at the other one if you are unsure. Use a pair of needle nose pliers to grip the end of the rubber refill to pull it out. Retain the metal strips and reassemble and push in the new refill as before.

$12.06 each at Lexus of Bellevue, WA.

Bringing up old post, sorry. I bought refills from an auto store and couldn't get them to work. I got the ends of the OEM wipers but the actual rubber blade is glued to the metal piece that will not come off?

If you have the wiper blades up, you should be able to slide the entire metal blade down and it should come out.

Since I've made this post I found out my wipers are aftermarket. Sucks but they look factory...
