Is it available pre-cut for the IS taillight? Or do we have to order a sheet and cut it ourselves?

I wouldn't want to put a matte frost overlay on the headlamps, it might look like an old headlamp in need of some shining. I have however seen people do a partial matte frost over the turn signals.
