Moonroof Problems
Yesterday, as I was on my way to Target, I decided to open the moonroof. I got there, parked, and closed the moon roof, but FAIL!
Every time I try closing it, it will roll about 4/5 of the way and then slides all the way open again. Basically once it opens at any distance back, when you try closing it, it would do that.
I got the moon roof to close (after many tries) by letting it open at the smallest setting, pull the interior cover (for the moon roof) and align it directly with the moon roof window, and then turn the switch to the CLOSE setting.
I'm not quite sure WTH is going on, but has any of you ISX50 owners encounter this problem?
My moon roof is closed now and I can just let it be and not use it, but I just like to be able to open it from time to time. I have a feeling it'll cost a lot to diagnose the issue and repair or replace it.

I had this problem for the longest time.....then I read the owners manual!!!
IIRC, you have to twist the know to the full open position.
With the moonroof open, you push and hold the button in for about 30 seconds and that should "reset" the moonroof and then it should close on its own.

Thank goodness for clublexus and the users. I just saved a whole lot of time.
