to answer your question, hair dryer + dental floss. dont use fishing line as it might scratch your car. make sure to alcohol wipe your trunk aswell

I was going to get the oem one from Lexus but then I found this one at a great price or mind as well get it. Dont know about the fitment till later.

i used a hair dryer to heat up the glue and fishing line to slowly run it along the back of the emblem to get it off. dental floss kept braking fishing lines works way better and didn't scratch car at all. also use goo gone to get rid of any glue on car or emblem. also there are three studs i think ie on each side and one in the middle u have to be care full
