Here's pictures of the SECOND repaint. I took it back to Lexus today and the service manager said he's going to talk to some guys and get back with me by the end of the day.
There are some more spots but not very noticeable. I'd be fine with just one or two of them but I think this is unacceptable.
Also, check out all this cleaning residue from the detailing guys.

A normal person probably wouldn't catch these flaws. The bumper as a whole doesn't look too bad. Paint match is actually very good this time around. But yes, definitely unacceptable. They actually sub out their paint/body work to a local Honda dealership. I found this out after they told me my bumper was getting painted by a "Lexus Paint Specialist"... lol
Unfortunately, lexus doesn't have pre-painted bumpers from the factory.
What I am looking into now is the lemon law. My car now has 5k and has been in for repair of the same issue 4 times among with other repairs. I believe here in Ohio, that should qualify me.

If you could do the lemon law that would be great. Might want to check what the conditions because I am not sure if it covers the cosmetics, which seems to be something they cannot get correct, but the other stuff plausable.

Strange. My 2008 passenger seat has the same lateral lines all over it. I brought this up to the dealer soon after my purchase (new) and they made it sound like it was normal or not bad enough to warrant a repair. I think it's a flaw in the leather and have learned to live with it, even though I'm not thrilled.
