I had mine done last Friday, Dealer provided me with a loaner, washed my car and filled my tank. Excellent service

+1. And ... they finally replicated the startup grind, so they ordered new cam gears...

I simply videoed the cam clatter on my car and let them see it. Fixed right away. My Car is getting a bit dirty again, so it must be time for a recall. The free gas is always a nice plus, but I would rather not ever see the dealer after buying a car. My Toyotas fared so much better.

So I got my car done- they filled the tank.. And washed the car... But the funny thing is, the car was cleaner when I took it in .. My windshield is filthy now! Lol

Regarding the free tank .. That just saved me $100 dollars the way the gas inflation is going lately. (Our premium is 94 octane).

Also, I had both the pedal modification and fuel sensor, not to hijack even more, but did anybody notice a major pedal difference? (like it's heavier to the push?). ... Or is it just placebo for me lol... It very well could be either

Can anyone post, or has the actual Fuel Sensor TSB been posted in any of the threads. I have seen the posting of the notification letter, but not an actual TSB.

You have to come out to LI, Lexus of Queens is one of the worst dealers in the area. Don't even bother going to the one in Brooklyn.

Yes, but I'm sure there is an official step-by-step Lexus TSB that is followed by the mechanics to do the work. Most of the time these are posted on the pertinent thread so we can see what will actually be done. As I have a full set of mechanics tools, if it is just checking torque on the sensor, or replacing the gasket which is $1.40 and then torquing to specification, then I'm not wasting my time to take it in. Would like to see the "official" procedure.
