What are some must have mods?????

There are three things in my opinion that should have come standard on the 2IS but didn't, and so they're must-have mods:
1) Red-outs are a must for all 2IS, Lexus should have made the tails red from the factory. I just installed mine from RVinyl. Aerotect's red-outs are a darker red than RVinyl's, and I found RVinyl's to match better.
2) Rear F-Sport sway bar - it changes the driving dynamics of the car completely by virtually eliminating body roll. It has absolutely no downsides outside of cost either, so it's a no-brainer.
3) The ventilated seats should be air-conditioned seats. There's an AC vent under the front seats to feed the rear passengers already. If Lexus had simply routed part of that up to underneath the front seats, they'd be air-conditioned.
Check out this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...ont-seats.html. Someone linked me to that and I went outside immediately, reached under the front seats, unhooked the clips on elastic bands that hold in place the rear piece of the seat that folds under the backs of the front seats (above where the passengers' feet would go) and let it hang down instead. This traps the AC from the vents below the front seats and the ventilated seats then pick it up. It made a completely night and day difference - the seats actually cool now, which is awesome. This barely even qualifies as a mod - it takes 2 seconds, go out and try it and I'll bet you'll be pleased.

It's the best bang for your buck mod you can possibly do. If I recall correctly, the rear sway from Sewell is like $200 and you can install it yourself. It immediately eliminates most of the significant body roll the 2IS has when cornering. The car feels much sharper and corners much better.
