That has actually been a matter of considerable debate, since depending when you looked Lexus published two opposite sets of numbers for 250 and 350... and then further someone did parts cross-referencing and found the stock bars were the same on both cars.
But I do know the one guy who has tried it both ways and posted here about it said he did notice a difference adding the F-sport front as well compared to just running the F-sport rear, though it wasn't as much of one as going from both stock to F-sport rear.

why does everyone say coils for a 250? if you got a 250 go Airrunner, BBS LM's and a Endless BBK
