Nice to hear the dealer is doing something about it... Definitely what we expect from the lexus customer service. Let us know how it turned out.

I'm glad the dealer stepped up and took care of this. If I ever have a problem like this I hope the my local dealer takes ownership of the problems

I brought in my car this afternoon for the full exterior detail (wash+3 stage buff+wax) and got it back in 3 hours. The guy that detailed my car did a great job and polished out the scratches that were made due to the work that was done previously. Im very happy with the work he did and with that being said, I will continue doing my business at that dealership.
