Long story short, there was a guy in NY. that tracked his is250 and he custom fitted this diffuser to his car. Took him like 6hrs to get it to fit right. Then he sold the car and sold this to me. At just 50mph you can feel the differance in the rear of the car.

Any close-up shots of the shifter gate? Curious how you treated the raised edge around the gate.
It wasn't all that difficult with a Dremel and a medium grade sanding tool. The trick is using a small enough wheel at a slow enough speed so you can slowly rub back edges to the threshold where the plastic shifter gate plate just pops right back in.
After the sanding, I used a small paint brush and some black spray paint to coat all the edges to make it look seamless.
