does the paint leave a smooth feeling afterwards ? thats my biggest concern. i dont want sandpaper feeling emblems yanno =)

It really depends how your technique is.. If you glob it on there, it might look caked on.

But if you're patient and do nice even passes and let it dry smooth, it'll LOOK smooth but it will FEEL like rubber. Your finger isn't going to glide off plastidip if thats what you're asking.

Great DIY. I did green myself because you're right, the price for pre colored/finished ones is pretty crazy.

I found a gunmetal emblem set for $400. Too much!
Pretty easy when the dried paint peals right off. Wish spray paint would do that!

Hehe!! I saw a car last night that I envied because of the black logos. This makes it very possible!!
