LOOK! What the **** is this?!
Could someone please tell me what the heck is this under my car?!
I got my Oil Change Service done at my Local Toyota Dealership because the nearest Lexus Dealer is about 2hours away so I always bring it to them. When I got home I smelled something burning, it smelled like burning oil - no smoke though just a really bad odor of something burning.
My first thought is, is this a plastic bag that got stuck in my pipes and slowly melting? Then I thought about maybe the technician put a gel base on my pipes for whatever reason??? Any thoughts fellas? Help!

It really does look like some plastic bag or tarp. Perhaps you drove over a plastic bag and it got caught, then melted on to the exhaust pipe.
Oil change does not require them to put any gel or even touching the exhaust pipes. It's just removing a simple drain plug on the oil pan.
