The rubber interior is great because I don't have to worry about it cracking like the plastic I had on my old eclipse. However, I don't think you can apply any product to that rubber because it will start to fade and peel. The only thing I use for the dash is a damp cloth (preferably one old t-shirt).

The dash on the passenger side of friend's eclipse - the part right above the door to the glove box - rolled up toward the window. I'd put my tacos in there after going through the drive through.

I guess I could've done the same. I remember the rattling of those pieces that broke off the dash used to annoy the crap out me. However, I didn't want to remove those pieces because the metal inside would show.

What year is your car? If it's under warranty still I'm sure you can get it fixed.

I don't think an aftermarket extended warranty would cover interior issues, but it's worth a shot lol

You can check your local junkyards or ebay for door panels.

And has anyone ever gotten this done ? How much did it cost you ?
My car has the same exact issue. Not sure how to fix the problem. I'm tired of my clothes being ruined and the chunks of black rubber under my fingernails. Suggestions?
