Car wont start / no ignition

maybe dead battery in fob. Try starting the car while touching the fob to the start button, firmly press the brake pedal

^that's the first thing i would think also. maybe your car battery is dead.

Are you sure the car battery isn't dead? I've had it where the radio and stuff turned on, but ignition wouldn't turn because the battery was so dead. Maybe try jumping it just to make sure.

It is Not the Battery, it happend after i shorted the connector to the Brake fluid reservoir, there is not even light in the Combination meter, it's most likely a deffect ECU, all fuses are OK

Did you look for that Error in the Owners Manual? It may very well have to be towed to the Lexus dealer for inspection and repairs.

No it does not crank, I found corrosion on two connectors on the cowl side ECU J/B.

Did you check the main fuse.
