I am going to try this but a littel differnt as well . I turned my vented seats on for the first time and they are hooribble the air just rickles out I cant even tell they are on. Is this normal? How much pressure is there supposed to ne coming out of these things?

I feel ya with the heat in phoenix... especially with an all black IS350, my *** feels like its about to burn off!!! I'll def try this out

great mod! simple and cheap.. doesn't get better.. now why couldn't lexus just do that for us from the start?

Mine is Silver but I have the all black interior. Either way, its too damn hot.

Super clever! Im about to do something similiar, but perferably without cardboard. Some plumbing style stuff from a hardware store might stick better.

maybe go to home depot and get some flexible tubing or maybe even pvc pipe. hook up one of the ducts to the seat fan.

+1 I may be looking towards dryer tubing, the stuff from the clothes dryer to the wall is the same size as the intake fan. So it might work. Who knows, but either way, the point is to get the cold air to the intake fan, cardboard, duct tape or however you want!
