Default Damaged Gel Coat on Carbon Splitter. Options? (PIC)

On coming traffic kicked something up, which struck my Anceltion Felicia splitter. As you can see in pic, the gel coat is damaged. What are my options to fix this?

1) Repair with fiberglass resin and paint colour of car?

2) Cover with 3M Di-NOC carbon fiber wrap?

3) Other ideas?

Thanks for the help.....

^^Ok. But how does this get "fixed"? I'm sure there is no one local here who could do it.

i would honestly have it sanded to even out the gelcoat and have them put like 3 coats of clear on it...other than that your best bet would probably be to just have it painted body color
