lol i hear you on that. i bought some small clips and screws for my fender liners and they wanted $90 bucks to ship it lol. i emailed him back and said im very interested in the clips but im not paying double what my total is just for shipping. apparently there is an error in their system. he manual entered it and it was like 15 bucks to ship.

The F-Sport exhaust didn't work for me, so I ordered these for now. Just put them on, and I'm not sure about them. In case you're wondering you must use the adjustable bind to tighten the tip on, otherwise your tips will fall off very fast

Personally, I don't think they really look right with the car, unlike the F-Sport tips. But it may not matter after a few weeks of dirt cover them. Here's some photos:

You can see the inner baffle on the new one. It is not removeable. That's nearly 5 years of dirt on the old one:

Despite mounting in a similar fashion, not much else is the same between Walmart tips and these. These are quite a bit nicer for sure.

If you really wanted to, you could get them welded on as well and for forgo the clamps.

Quite a few OE tips are clamped on as well, though not many use a worm-screw type clamp, that is pretty bush-league.

So much work! Much more fun to buy new stuff I probably washed them at first, but eventually got lazy.
