Actually, the brightest puddle light from V-LEDs would be this: http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED/D...68086-1-2.html (they have a 6K version available also). Can't speak to the backup light because I haven't swapped that one out yet.
i've had both of them on my car before but the newer version that i've pointed actually looks brighter... idk why although i think the one you linked to gives out more lumens...

BUT here something to remember:
For those wanting 'matching' parking bulbs (lows/parking) you do not want the brightest possible bulb, you can have 4300k/6k/8k lows and the best match would be 5smt white from vleds, why is this? the 5smt isn't strong enough to fight the bleed, its bright enough to be noticeable yet weak enough to allow some bleed *blending* from the low housing thus giving a better appearance of a match. Sometimes bigger isnt always better, depends on the look you're going for

Good point about the parking light vis a vis brightness, couldn't have said it better. I still plan to post pics of the 3 different V-LED parking lights I have on me. Just haven't had time yet.

hehe i have a list like yours but theres a reason i haven't posted it, vleds tends to change the links every so often so you'll have to check your links every few months, my 6smt flank links for the visors/door lens/mirror puddles got changed to the angled 6smt 
...
heres a link with the papaya dome mod HERE, 2 white 1 blue for the forward dome...

to the OP... just wanted to make sure before i order anything... i really like the #5? 194 DRL.... i can just order this and plugs right up?? nothing else needed?? same connecter and everything eh?

Correct. A#5 (13 SMT 194/168) would be my top pick and it plugs right into the parking light socket. Make sure you test it before putting everything back together because polarity matters (i.e. if it doesn't work the first time, flip the bulb around).
