yes there are. two holes behind the "lexus" and another two behind the "IS250" i just had a thread on this like 10 down from ur own post. read the comments for suggestions to fill them up.

I would never debadge the AWD for a few reasons:
1. AWD cost more than standard 250
2. Without the badge, no one can tell its an AWD beside the driver foot well hump
3. AWD is an excuse why your car rides higher lol

Holes are relatively small and are about 3 or 4 inches apart. I've been rocking w/o anything filling them for a couple weeks. I'm probably going to have a body shop fill and paint.
And they are correct, there are no holes behind the AWD.
