I have USDM ones and honestly I haven't even bothered to look at the difference in person yet. Either works.

i like the little side LEDs too, so i think the USDM one looks better. I think that's the only difference?

im pretty sure its the four LED marker on the side of the tail housing thats different. both look practically the same, so you cant go wrong either way. i personally like the four LEDs.
