I have pretty much the same setup (AWD lowered on Tein S-Techs) and I have no rubbing issues running 19 x 8.5 with a 38 offset and the same size tire.
The only issue you may have is that the rear wheel is going to look very sunken in (as opposed to flush). I had to put a 20mm spacer on the rear wheels to correct this, and still doesn't rub. Since your offset is a little higher, I'd recommend a 25mm spacer in the rear and maybe a small spacer up front.... or better yet, find some lower offsets.

I was wondering if Tein made the S-techs for the AWD because the website doesn't say so. But I guess you all just answered my question. Who did you buy the springs through? I gotta go lower than my f-sports are willing to let me...

got it from ebay pretty nice springs but for some reason the front wheel gap is a little higher than the backs

unless you go 19x8 +5 all around then they wont be sunken in. in other words they will fit but like venzon said, they might strange if the offset isnt right.

its all on personal preference. the rim can be 8", 8.5" or 9" wide but its all in the offset.

well ya, but he would have to run a 19x8+20 in the front, and like a +15 in the rear to sit fairly flush which would be crazy hard to find. so running wider will be easier to find in different offsets, unless he doesntg wanna sit flush but its all up to him.
