will i rub with this offset?

I have a Lexus is250 RWD and i have recently bought 19is MRR HR2 wheels to install.They are 8.5 front and 9.5rear with 38 offset all around.I m thinking 225-35 front and 245-35rear.I m waiting for my tein comfort sport to install too but i m afraid that i ll rub because i really want to lower my car as i can.What do you think?Will i rub and where?Has anyone have this setup?Please help!

you will not rub at all. your rear can go up to 275/30, and front go up to 235/35

I saw yesterday a friend of mine who has the f sport 19is and he lowered it in coils and told me that it rub in the rear if he was too low!I think the f sport is 40 offset and 9inch rear.Thats the reason i m worried because i have 38 offset in the rear with 9.5inch wheel
