Default Molded trunk

So as most of you know i bought a Wald replica spoiler and was in the process of putting it on. I was considering using both glue or 3m tape but another idea of molding it to my trunk came up.

What do you guys think???

How much do you guys think it would cost to mold?

My cars a lease so would my best bet be if i mold it to swap it out with someone else stock OEM trunk or worst comes to worst return it to Lexus in 2.5 years with the molded lip.

Thanks for the help

I already saw this, but i think i would pay more than $20 to get my spoiler molded correctly and 99% perfect.

Hows fitment for yours? You might get lucky? If that gaps not that big, just use 3M, since its a lease. Unless you plan to keep the car inwhich case i would just get it molded on, professionally of course . GL

Youre right. But i figured since it a replica and i dont think is perfect fitment, i could mold it to make it look better. And when the lease is over i could swap trunks with someone.

Im thinking 3m tape would be the best choice.

for the money of repairing your trunk incase you dont find someone to swap, you could have use that to buy the real thing ahaha. so my vote goes to 3m tape

Ok. I wasnt going to have the spoiler removed, i would either get a new trunk or return it with it.
