How well do the Aerotech redouts match the rest of the red on the taillights? I heard they used to be pretty dark but they've since been updated?

use a credit card with a soft paper towel...not that great value stuff but like a bounty. once you've sprayed the sticky side AND the tail light, position it carefully. WARNING: it WILL fall off at this point with out assistance from you. THEN, spray the other side so it'll act like a lubricant as you smooth it out with a credit card. It'll GREATLY reduce the chances of accidentally scratching the vinyl as you smooth out the bubbles.

Also, it is a good idea to have a hair dryer or heat gun handy. warming up the vinyl will make it much easier to smooth into corner and bends...and make it somewhat easier to get the bubbles out too. Just dont heat it up too much or it'll go all goopy on ya.

It doesn't take much at all. Just enough to keep it from sticking to quickly.

For the '06-'08... even the newer models, it shouldn't be necessary, but it couldn't really hurt to apply a little heat.
