I'd go
RZ front 18x9.0 +45*
RZ rear 18x10.0 +35*
What are you dropped on? for reference I had a 255/35/19 on a 19x10 and it was barely a stretched. The rear will look somewhat aggressive and the front will have a stretched look depending on what tire you have as some tires run wider than others.

Jason - stock rear tires are 255/40/18, and according to Bridgestone's website, it's within the approved rim size for that tire. Not really a stretch.

for 225/40-18's, the rim width range they recommend are 7.5" to 9".
i guess each manufacturer has different recommended standards, no?
bro thats totally not over stretching it im running a 255/35 on a 10.5 on my GS3 now on my LS430, and before on my profounds (which i still have might i add -- just getting refinished) i was running a 245/35 on a 10.5 as well... pushing it in imo is a 235/40 on a 10.5 ill post some pics soon...
i was making a personal recommendation (imo you gotta be a brave SOB to run 255/35 on 10.5, but that's just me), certainly not saying it's the end-all of the discussion.
that, and i'm just amusing jenn.

Bro how would I be a brave SOB? look at that picture there isnt a stretch at all... IMO you'd have to be brave to run a 235/40... like this (on a 10.5)
but again I usually run a 245/35, not even 40 series tire, thats why im so confused, there isnt anything to be brave about it wont fail on you.. its been proven in the 50k+ miles ive driven between 3 cars and all different sorts of driving conditions from UT, AZ, nor-cal trips and so-cal trips....
that picture above that I posted on the white SC is when you have to be brave

Haha wow, well thank you thank you all for the responses
Jason-- all I can say is that you now wear the crown for asshattery for mixing up the numbers
Nick-- Wow, you had a picture of a 2IS with RZs!! I seriously tried googling for an hour looking for a 2IS (not an ISF) with RZs and no luck! Thanks for posting it, gives me a nice idea of what she will look like
David and Javy -- thanksssss so much I feel better now about getting them haha I was freaking out at first thinking I was going to either drive on a wheel/tire setup that wasn't safe for a daily driver, OR have to settle for some really weak wheel specs
gc86 -- I'm dropped on Tein S-techs, so not a super aggressive drop, but just enough to rid the wheel gap
You guys are awesome Thanks thanks!!
