I'd say that's a good price. Considering I payed around $280. I did get a lifetime warranty with it tho. I got 35 front and 20 rear, and never had visibility problems

i have 20% on all my windows, and you get used to driving with it. make sure they aren't using a pure dye tint. you want some sort of hybrid tint. Most prices ive seen are $200+, but if that's legit, it's a real good price.

It depends on what tint material they will use. I don't think you will get expensive stuff with $160 tint job. V-cool and 3M crystalline are expensive. If you're going for look cheap is ok, but for the most heat rejection you want to go with expensive stuff.

I got the Carbon Fiber kind. i paid 235, lifetime warranty and 35 front and 18 rear. It nice and i recommend doing the front windshield too. Carbon Fiber is cool cause it has less metal in it and doesnt mess my system or radar detector or sirius sat. up.

1. you got the ceramic tint film. the upside with ceramic film is that it does a very good job in blocking heat compared to regular (dyed and metallic) tint film.

2. regular tint film (read: dyed tint film) will not "mess" with electrical systems within the car (i.e. radar, sat nav/sat radio), given that it is not a metallic tint film (iirc most automotive tint film apps are dyed or ceramic) and that it is properly applied by a trained professional.

3. i would not recommend tinting the windshield - especially with an obvious color gradation tint film. also, state laws differ in front windshield tinting. ymmv.

for all seven windows (rear window, four rear windows, two front windows), it ended up costing me nearly 250. professionally done with 5% rears and 23% fronts. here in CA, its illegal to have fronts but it looks pretty damn great on my obsidian. im still debating whether to do the windshield or not. its not illegal to do i think the top 6 or so inches, so something to consider.

I paid about $200 for all my windows 20% all around with lifetime warranty. I don't think theres much difference when you're inside the car, you get used to it.
