Depends if your wheels are TMPS compatible. you can either drill an extra hole to put them in or get adapters. Before buying aftermarket wheels ask them if they are tmps compatible. i think most well-known brands can make the wheels tmps compatible if you ask them to when ordering a set
and what you can do is go on ebay and buy another set of tmps and program those to your car. our cars have two sets of tmps programing normally for winter setups and summer setups.

and if you decide to get a new TPMS, all you gotta do is take them to the Lexus dealer and have them reprogram it for you
you can write down the part # before you install the new TPMS, or just have the tech scan the new TPMS
