Yep, MoLexus had 250,000 miles on his Lexus last year when he posted his thread and shared it on Clublexus

Is it bad that my 06 IS350 with 95k miles hasn't gone through any maintenance except for oil changes, air filter, cabin air filter, battery, and brake TSIB in 2007? Should I be worried that something will go wrong very soon? What are the things I really need to change?

Did you change spark plugs at 60k? Brake fluid every 30k?

At 100K you will want to change the coolant for sure. If you haven't done spark plugs at 60k, you might want to have them done at 100k too (or now). Brake fluid should have been replaced at 30/60/90k services. If you haven't changed it, get the brake fluid done too soon.

There is no power steering fluid, timing belt, or even transmission service to worry about tho

62k here no problems. to those who change their oil (filter) at 7.5 or 10k intervals, that's really not ideal. the oil might still be usable but by 10k the filter is clogged and running on bypass. I run Royal purple HPS for 10k intervals and I replace the filter every 5k and top off oil (~1/4 qt). Amsoil had done tests that showed their oil was good for 12k but the filters have to be replaced twice a year or every 6k.

I have a 07 is250 awd with 183,xxx it's running decent except I have a leaky catalytic converter and maybe because of it the car is loud on the passenger side of the engine bay. ( the light does go away so I didn't bother to fix it)

The mechanic said the best fix is to replace it and it's going to be $1500-2000 cause parts are expensive. He also said "used parts are no good and if u don't care about pollution than u can leave it alone cause it only filters what's coming out and will not damage your car". I was thinking if I do replace it than mind as we'll buy the PPE header cause that's the section that was leaking and consider it an upgrade.
