Well the next question that i have. Looking at their picture. You can see a cd/dvd slot above the ABS indicator. So will our oem cd changer/player will work with this unit? If it does then im guessing that slot is for dvd's?

Yeah the slot below the ABS is for DVDs. I asked the guy we can hook up our oem cd changer he said we should be able too..so I am not too sure with his answer but my guess would be yes since its already coming with the interegrated circuit board for our system
wow...i just found the installation instructions on flyaudio's website and the unit looks extremely easy to install and in the last row of pics, it even has the Lexus logo to come up during the car startup

Well, our changer is not just a CD changer, it has AM/FM and aux/XM selection buttons on it.
The question I have (as I said earlier) is that will these still work with the nav? (example: if I press FM on the CD changer, will the NAV unit turn the radio on?)
